Simon starts on a Ketel One Flip. Notice how he uses the coil from a Hawthorn to really whip up the egg and cream. Just enough egg and cream to throw over the unlucky stage hand who was lying on the floor out of shot ready to catch it, who caught the shaker on the first take but then missed it on the second - and final - take. He ended up with egg on his face, but not the ever-professional Mr Difford who really set the pace for the rest of the shoot.
