Angus Winchester is a bartender of 19 years’ experience who founded his own company, the once legendary International Playboy Bartenders. In 2004 he moved on and founded Alconomics, and then in 2006 Alconomics Asia with a team of three partners working more internationally. Throughout his career he’s mixed it with the best, serving drinks to the rich and famous. Working in great bars and drinking in better ones, has lead him to share his experiences and develop a range of training plans for retailers and bars. He’s also written for many industry publications in the UK, Germany, Holland, China and Australia. He has recently been a Vodka Professor, is a recovering Tiki Geek, a Demi God of Tequila, a Malt Advocate and is the Founder of The Rum Club and also The Tanqueray® Guild.

He is based nowhere and lives out of his suitcase, pretty much.
